Pilesgrove Pups has been an amazing experience for our family. We reserved our puppy Charlie on Christmas Even and our family has been in love with him. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new family member. This team took the time to make sure we had everything we needed from the start, worked with us to make sure our transition home was successful, and has taken the time daily to check in and see how Charlie is doing. This is something that we are above the moon over. Knowing we have a breeder that is attentive to us and our puppy! we have had a few questions along the way and they have made sure that they have been able to answer them, or give us advice on some things to try. In March of 2023 we had to put down our beloved Milo who was a part of our family for 14 years, and it was devastating. My wife and I cried for days and his passing left a unbearable void in our lives. Every moment since then when we were reminded of him by pictures, videos, or a family member, we fought back tears. We vowed to never go through this again by letting another dog into our family, but we were both miserable for the last 9 months and it was affecting our marriage. I knew the only thing that would reduce the hurt and emptiness in our lives would be a puppy; so I searched the internet and settled on Pilesgrove Pups due to their fair prices and close proximity to our home. I searched through the pictures and found the cutest little shi-poo, so I called and made an appointment to meet him. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and assured me of my choice. Arriving at the beautiful farm, I was greeted with a smile and escorted into the stylish home and handed my puppy. He immediately snuggled into my chest and knew I made the right choice. I was offered helpful options to assist with the reservation like pet insurance, transition essentials kit, microchip identification, bath package, leash and harness, birth certificate, and many more that helped me feel like I was doing all I could for my new puppy. I arranged a pickup for Christmas Eve and told my wife we were going to look at a fireplace insert, and when she realized the puppy I was handing her was her Christmas present she couldn't hold back the tears. It was a wonderful surprise and blessed moment for us both, and yes the void is gone!

I’m a retired police from north jersey and with all the scams going on I was a little reluctant to put a deposit down on a dog. But with some help from local law enforcement we were able to verify that Pilesgrove Pups is totally legit and I was able to pick up my puppy this morning. Pilesgrove was totally professional and courteous and always available with either a call, text or an email. They were very helpful and the process of reserving a puppy was flawless. Wonderful experience buying a puppy at Pilesgrove Pups! They were over communicative through the whole process which was helpful and allowed it to be a seemless process. You can tell they truly care about the animals. I would 100% recommend buying a puppy through them.

Nicole was so informative about how to keep our new puppy healthy regarding how often and how much to eat and playtime and sleep tactics as our pup is only 3 lbs. It has been a great help for us.
