I wanted to wait a while before posting about our experience with Pilesgrove Pups because we’ve had a bad experience in the past. We are 7 months in with our pup and could not be happier. Her demeanor is amazing and you can tell it was from good breeding. She is such a good pup - even our vet asked for the agency we used. We have a Cavapoo breed. The process to get her was smooth and easy. We were hesitant at first to buy a puppy online by clicking a button but it was hands down the best decision we have ever made.

At first, we were a little skeptical, but have to say this was a wonderful experience. The team at Pilesgrove made it very easy and answer all of our questions. They set us up with the transition kit to take our little guy home and checked in on him multiple times throughout his first week. We are so happy with our new addition to the family and would recommend Pilesgrove!

Pilesgrove Pups has been terrific throughout the entire process of bringing our new pup home! The process continues to be personally involved with us and very concerned even once the pup has come home. I have been contacted every day to check on the status of Lola’s eating, sleeping and activity levels. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

We couldn’t be any happier with Pilesgrove pups if we tried! From the moment we spoke to Rosie on the phone until this past Sunday, when we picked up our beautiful mini Aussie doodle, we have been supported, and respected, and felt so comfortable with the whole process! it is clear that they care about these puppies! He is wonderful and was beautifully groomed and healthy and just such a love as we Met him for the first time until this very moment he has been a pleasure! Every staff member we talk to was so professional and considerate, and always responded to any of our request questions in a timely manner i’ve already recommended people I know who are looking for puppies to consider this fine organization! My daughter and I thank all of you for making this situation and wonderful new adventure so easy and so supported! A big shout out also to the wonderful woman who we met when we picked up our little baby Nash. the puppy kit and all the knowledge and thoughtful way that the information was expressed further encouraged respect and confidence in this organization. We wish you all continued success and many blessings as you provide beautiful puppies to wonderful homes.

THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND GENUINELY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GIVE YOU THE “BEST” CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called them whenever I had a question and they always answered my questions thoroughly. They kept me in the loop of the process every step of the way...right up to pick-up day! Kudos to their AMAZING staff, and they were super friendly too. Amazing experience dealing with Pilesgrove pups

Pilesgrove was absolutely amazing!!!! The whole process was so detailed and the communication was absolutely incredible. To the moment we picked up Alfie to even checking up on him days after. I would recommend Pilesgrove to everyone!! We love our puppy! Thank you so much Pilesgrove for helping us meet our best friend!

Pilesgrove pups made this an easy and awesome experience! They gave me a tone of information on the breed. (Havapoo) They also told me how to take care of him. I could really see the professionalism coupled with their years of experience on the website, when I was doing my research. Check out their website! The set up is amazing and very informative. Ernesto who is now renamed Mookie is a beautiful, playful and affectionate pup. We love him and he has adjusted to our family so quickly. I recommend anyone who is looking for a puppy to please consider Pilesgrove pups. You won’t be disappointed.

We were lucky to schedule the pickup of our newest family member on Mother’s Day! There were even mimosas offered for the moms. We were a little unsure given all communication had been online but everything came together when we arrived. We knew someone who had gone through Pilesgrove Pups for their puppy last year and was thrilled. Our puppy is even better than we imagined. He immediately fit into our home, even with an older large dog. Thank you!!

We picked Sunshine up on 5/2 and are in love! The pickup process was smooth and all info was provided to put us at ease as this is our first puppy . We received many follow up texts to insure everything is going well. I was concerned about buying a dog over the internet but this company is reputable and professional. Would highly recommend.
