The Good: Knowledgeable and caring staff: Every interaction I had, from initial inquiries to picking up our pup, was met with patience, expertise, and genuine care. They answered all my questions thoroughly and took the time to understand what I was looking for in a furry friend. Healthy and happy puppies: Our little ball of fur was clearly well-socialized, healthy, and full of playful energy. The pickup point was a house, with a great owner, who took care of the fur babies until their new parents arrived. Pilesgrove Pups clearly prioritize the well-being of their animals, and it shows. Smooth reservation process: The paperwork was straightforward, and the staff walked me through every step, ensuring I had all the information and supplies I needed to welcome our new family member seamlessly. Follow up: Even after bringing our pup home, Pilesgrove continued to check in on us with periodic texts to see how our new family member was adjusting and if we had questions. This ongoing support truly showed their commitment to the well-being of their animals and solidified my positive impression of them. 10 Year Warranty: Knowing they offer ongoing support and resources for new pet parents brings huge peace of mind. It feels like they’re truly invested in the long-term happiness of both the puppies and their new families. The Almost-But-Not-Quite: While Pilesgrove offers valuable resources like discounts for Fetch pet insurance and DoctorPup online pet care, the website and initial communication could be clearer about their necessity and timing. My initial impression was that both were mandatory before receiving the puppy, which caused some unnecessary stress. We later discovered that we only needed to start the insurance coverage when we pick up the puppy. And DoctorPup was completely unnecessary. A simple clarification on the website and in initial emails would be beneficial for future reserveers. Rating: 4.5 out of 5 paws (would be 5 paws without the insurance confusion!)

Found my puppy online, then reserved and picked up! Puppy and pictures were exactly as described on the website. Smooth pickup process. Would give 6 stars if possible.

An amazing experience reserving a puppy! The team at Pilesgrove pups was very responsive and assisted with the entire process from initial questions to final reservation and giving the pup the best care. Koodos to Pilesgrove Pups. We brought home our Cavapoo today and we are very excited. I was very hesitant about getting a dog through the website because I was scammed in the past. It was a great experience from start to finish. Nicole had our dog ready when we got there. She answered all our questions. He is so cute and a great addition to our family. Pilesgrove is amazing…. We got our mini Golden doodle from them last Sunday. They have checked in with us a few times since. When we text them with questions they got right back with us. Everyone we dealt with was great.
