My experience with Pilesgrove Pups was amazing! From start to finish. My toy Poodle Asha, I picked her up yesterday, and there was an instant connection. It was as if we’d been together. I was so happy to finally pick her up and see her. I’m already looking for another fur baby. I will for sure be getting her from Pilesgrove Pups. Val is super helpful and very knowledgeable. I took advantage of every option available, from take home food options such as the transition package, microchipping and registration, registration with AKC, a births certificate with parents name, breed and weight. And if you already have a name picked out they with switch the name on the birth certificate. I love that option! I can’t say enough about Pilesgrove Pups. Also, it was great to see the dogs were in such a clean (and beautiful!) environment. Thank you so much Val. You will be seeing me again.

We picked up Murphy on 4/7. It was an unbelievable experience. We were guided through every aspect of the process. They reached out to us multiple times this week to check on us and Murphy and were able to help me through setting up all of his accounts.

We had such amazing experience reserving a puppy with Pilesgrove! They were very responsive and assisted with the entire process. We were unsure of where to reserve our puppy from, but after the initial call with the Pilesgrove team, we knew this was the right place. You can tell they really enjoy and care about what they do. We rec’d our pup yesterday. The whole process of reserving a puppy online, especially from a few states away, can include some skepticism. That said, the staff at Pilesgrove was great and communicated with us almost daily, leading up to our pick-up. The only challenge, which was minor, was we were looking for additional photos of our pup because after we reserved him, the profile was removed from the website (understandably). We never rec’d the photos but it turned out ok because we were able to pick-up our pup a week after submitting our reservation request. Would definitely recommend Pilesgrove again!

We were hesitant to buy a pup online as we had wanted to meet the parents and breeders before making a decision. However, we took a chance and felt comfortable throughout the process. The team was excellent in communicating and pick up was simple and very well organized. Our Vet confirmed she is 100% healthy and we could not be happier. She is very chill and eager to learn. We would recommend Pilegrove Pups to anyone looking for a specific pup.
