What an outstanding experience purchasing our amazing maltipoo!! The staff was fabulous from the first phone call to picking up our new family member and follow up. Super cute pup from pilesgrove. Got the mixed breed we wanted the date we wanted. Relatively seamless experience. Valerie was a helpful representative. Just 2 areas of constructive feedback: 1) during pick up of pup, very little communication summing up when/where and what to expect- ie what the pup will come with and what you should bring 2) would have also been nice if they gave you info about the parents and what the breeders have been doing w the pup in terms of conditioning and training (per pads vs outside) So if you were expecting the above, you’ll be slightly disappointed **updated based on reply from pilesgrove ** Appreciate the effort of updating the pick up info. Wish I had the info about your philosophy of focusing on development etc when I asked about any habits and characteristics you can share about where Scotty was coming from. Did not know this till after I posted my review. Any rate, pilesgrove is a good company- never said it was bad, just that there can be improvements- glad to see it will be implemented. Scotty’s birthday according to his birth certificate is actually 10/23/23. Thanks!

Our experience with Pilesgrove Puppies has been wonderful. They are great, caring people who have been continually interested in our puppy, checking with us selfie several days after we picked her up. Of course our girl is beautiful, and a bundle of joy I HIGHLY recommend Pilesgrove

Where do I begin? The staff was amazing the process to getting our Morkie fur baby was simple and pleasant. We picked up our fur baby December 24, 2023 and we are all in love! I definitely recommend Pilesgrove pups 🐶 they are the real legit deal & not to mention every time I had a question I would either call or text someone and they will definitely get back to you and this is after having our puppy at home. Thank you ❤️

We just brought home our malti-poo yesterday. He is so adorable. We picked him up and Nicole went over everything with us. He was bathed, fluffy and smelled so good. All of my contact before pickup went great. They were very accommodating when I asked for an updated video and pictures. You can tell the puppy has been well cared for. We had a very positive experience!

I recently purchased a mini goldendoodle from Pilesgrove pups. I was anxious picking a pup on line but everything was great. They were always there for my questions and continue to follow up on our pup. I would highly recommend. We love our little Ginger

I've had a Phenomenal experience with Pilesgrove Pups!! At first I was very hesitant due to everything being online, however, after speaking with Zack, all my fears and concerns went away!! They are REAL and EXCELLENT! After taking our pup to the vet, even our veterinarian was taken away by Toledo's health and up-to date vaccinations. Thank you Zack and thank you Valeria for making this a phenomenal experience!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PILESGROVE PUPS. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. WE GOT A BEAUTIFUL, HEALTHY AND HAPPY TEDDY BEAR FOR OUR 2 DAUGHTERS FOR CHRISTMAS. HE IS SLEEPING IN HIS CRATE AND GOING ON THE PEE PADS ALREADY. THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING!!!!
