When we decided to get a puppy, our initial online searches were overwhelming. We had no clue where to start. We knew we didn’t want to go to a “puppy mill” but how could we tell the difference with all the results we found. Well, when we found Pilesgrove Pups, we reviewed their entire website which answered most of our questions but also gave us more information that we wanted answers to. We contacted the staff, spent time on the phone and all our questions were answered. Then came the process of picking a puppy. When we finally narrowed the choice down to a couple puppies, we knew also immediately when we saw (then Odessa) now Sophie. We made the decision and the Pilesgrove team worked with us all the way through to handing our little precious to us. Even after we got home, the team was there to help us if we needed. Now Sophie is the center of our lives and we wouldn’t want it any other way. Our experience with Pilesgrove Pups was perfect! I can’t say enough about how they helped us. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Pilesgrove Pups!

We are so in love with Bliss (now Lola) the cutest Maltipoo! I did a lot a lot of research about the right breed for our family, and Pilesgrove had the best selection. I was nervous at first about purchasing online, and had lots of questions, which Zack took the time and answered. After my conversation with him I felt confident and placed my order. The second reason for choosing Pilesgrove was the fact they have a 10 year health guarantee on all their pups. The other places I was looking at had 30 days! I highly recommend!

Pilesgrove Pups made the process very easy. I got to see my puppy's birth certificate and her background before selecting her. Her medical check-ups and vaccines were documented and pick-up was easy. She's perfect!
