My experience with Pilesgrove Pups was excellent! Staff members answered all my questions. I remember Valerie (my name as well) and Julie, as being especially helpful. No matter what time I called, someone returned my call. This was very comforting, since I had previously contacted a company that tried to scam us out of $800, so we were very grateful to deal with a company that is legit and cared so much about the dogs. Not only did they answer my calls, but they responded to all my texts making sure my concerns were addressed. We picked up Mina at the Jersey location at Nicole's house. (I hope I remembered her name correctly), she was warm and wonderful; very caring and made us feel comfortable as we waited for our Mina. I highly recommend Pilesgrove Pups if you are looking for your new baby pup! I have already shared with many people who have seen Mina while out and about. You will not regret it!

After a very frustrating local search, I was very hesitant to look for my forever puppy “online” without seeing them 1st in person, but with some research I decided to trust Pilesgrove farms and they were amazing throughout the entire process. They were very responsive to my many questions and concerns and sent me photos and video updates on the many occasions that I requested them. The farm where I picked Moxie up was clean and her host family/staff seemed very knowledgeable and gave us all information and supplies we needed to get started. I especially appreciated the support offered after our puppy arrived home which included a hotline for Vet in case of emergency as well as daily check in texts to answer any further questions and to make certain puppy was eating and pooping normally. I’ve had my puppy for almost a week now and she appears energetic, happy & healthy.

Izzie, now named Kacie, has adjusted so easily to our home. She is friendly with anyone she meets, sleeps thru the night, and eats so well. It is easy to see that her breeder did a wonderful job when she was with them. We are so happy we found her and Pilesgrove pups. 🐶

This is our third dog that we have owned over the past 20+ years and this was BY FAR our best experience with finding our pup and bringing her home. Pilesgrove was outstanding in terms of the support they provided when we brought Bella home. They also stayed in touch with us after we had her for a few days to check-in on her transition. The care package that we had for Bella’s arrival home was invaluable. She’s a beautiful, loving and healthy little girl thanks to Pilesgrove Pups!

From the initial phone call to the post delivery communication everything was handled promptly and professionally.

We just got our girl yesterday. The process was seemless and legit. Nicole was amazing and checked in to make sure Sadie was eating properly. I was given excellent information to provide the best care for the breed. We are very grateful this wasn't a scam.

Dua (which means answered prayer) has been the best blessing of my life. She is playful and has brought so much positive, loving energy to my family. I'm so glad I found her. She's the cutest pup ever!

When we decided to get a puppy, our initial online searches were overwhelming. We had no clue where to start. We knew we didn’t want to go to a “puppy mill” but how could we tell the difference with all the results we found. Well, when we found Pilesgrove Pups, we reviewed their entire website which answered most of our questions but also gave us more information that we wanted answers to. We contacted the staff, spent time on the phone and all our questions were answered. Then came the process of picking a puppy. When we finally narrowed the choice down to a couple puppies, we knew also immediately when we saw (then Odessa) now Sophie. We made the decision and the Pilesgrove team worked with us all the way through to handing our little precious to us. Even after we got home, the team was there to help us if we needed. Now Sophie is the center of our lives and we wouldn’t want it any other way. Our experience with Pilesgrove Pups was perfect! I can’t say enough about how they helped us. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Pilesgrove Pups!
