I had the best experience with Pilesgrove. Everything went very smoothly and Tinkerbelle is absolutely perfect in every way. When and if i get another pup i would do it with Pilesgrove pups.

We had a good experience with Pilesgrove pups. We picked her up on the day of pick up. She came with food, medicine, harness, and leash. I would recommend Pilesgrove pups to anyone looking for a puppy.

I brought home my puppy from Pilesgrove Puppies yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From beginning to end, the customer service was truly outstanding. Every phone call was answered promptly, and I always felt supported and informed throughout the process. When it was time to bring our puppy home, we were sent off with a thoughtful welcome kit, and even after, I received a follow-up call and text messages with helpful tips and suggestions. It really shows how much they care—not just about their puppies, but about their new families too. A special shoutout to Julie, Nicole, and Erica—your love for dogs was so evident and made us feel completely comfortable and confident. I highly recommend Pilesgrove Puppies to anyone looking to add a furry friend to their family!

Pilesgrove was amazing. The meeting with my puppy was awesome. Exceptionally clean, very knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with my puppy before any payment. They checked in every couple of days, answered every question. We could not be happier with our puppy, Sandy. She is a perfect addition to our family. I have recommended Pilesgrove pups to many friends. I cannot say enough good about my experience.

My experience with Pilesgrove Pups was excellent! Staff members answered all my questions. I remember Valerie (my name as well) and Julie, as being especially helpful. No matter what time I called, someone returned my call. This was very comforting, since I had previously contacted a company that tried to scam us out of $800, so we were very grateful to deal with a company that is legit and cared so much about the dogs. Not only did they answer my calls, but they responded to all my texts making sure my concerns were addressed. We picked up Mina at the Jersey location at Nicole's house. (I hope I remembered her name correctly), she was warm and wonderful; very caring and made us feel comfortable as we waited for our Mina. I highly recommend Pilesgrove Pups if you are looking for your new baby pup! I have already shared with many people who have seen Mina while out and about. You will not regret it!
