We rec’d our pup yesterday. The whole process of reserving a puppy online, especially from a few states away, can include some skepticism. That said, the staff at Pilesgrove was great and communicated with us almost daily, leading up to our pick-up. The only challenge, which was minor, was we were looking for additional photos of our pup because after we reserved him, the profile was removed from the website (understandably). We never rec’d the photos but it turned out ok because we were able to pick-up our pup a week after submitting our reservation request. Would definitely recommend Pilesgrove again!

We were hesitant to buy a pup online as we had wanted to meet the parents and breeders before making a decision. However, we took a chance and felt comfortable throughout the process. The team was excellent in communicating and pick up was simple and very well organized. Our Vet confirmed she is 100% healthy and we could not be happier. She is very chill and eager to learn. We would recommend Pilegrove Pups to anyone looking for a specific pup.
