I went through Pilesgrove Pups and could not be happier, every step of the way they were with me-our puppy is so happy, sweet, curious, and healthy and making friends where ever he goes

I had a wonderful experience with Pilesgrove truly amazing people who really care and help every step of the way this is Sunnys first complete week with us and it's been amazing thank you guys will definitely recommend you guys to all my family and friends.

There are new pups on their premises. Everything is done Online, once you pick your puppy, you wait till it's ready to go. You can either have it delivered for a fee or you can go pick it up for free, which I did, picking it up was very easy and they are very concerned, they call you constantly to see how the puppy's doing. It's a pretty interesting process.

Pilesgrove Pups are absolutely amazing! The staff members are with you every step of the way and even after you bring your puppy home. I honestly cannot be more grateful for their support and how easy they made the process of meeting our newest member of our family.

Clean and professional operation in a beautiful family farm with modernized barn used for puppy pickup. They apparently work with many breeders as they have a huge selection of pups! Our little teddybear is happy and healthy!

I had a unique experience with Pilesgrove. My girlfriend and I were looking to reserve a mini poodle, and after choosing one and waiting several weeks, we learned the puppy had a health issue and wouldn’t be able to come home with us. We were obviously very upset, but the team at Pilesgrove handled the situation with incredible professionalism and compassion. It was clear they were just as disappointed as we were. What stood out most to me was how much they genuinely care about the well-being of their dogs. Another breeder may have ignored the issue and sent the puppy home anyway, but Pilesgrove took the responsible approach and made sure she received the care she needed rather than placing her in a new environment too soon. As difficult as it was at the time, they absolutely made the right decision, and it showed how committed they are to the health and happiness of their puppies. After that experience, we knew we still wanted to work with Pilesgrove. The team remembered me by name and was always patient and helpful, even with my frequent calls checking in on the health of the next puppy we were considering. Eventually, our mini poodle, Tinsley, was ready to come home, and we couldn’t have been more excited. Since then, she has settled in wonderfully and is as happy as can be. I can’t recommend Pilesgrove enough for their professionalism, care, and attention to detail. At the end of the day, when you’re reserving a puppy, you want to work with people who truly care — and it’s obvious that Pilesgrove does.

We had such a wonderful experience getting our pup. Everyone at the facility was wonderful from start to finish and beyond. They continue to this day to be helpful and answer any questions we have. I have a bad feeling I am going to get another pup soon! 🤣

I had no issues we got our little puppy Diva at nine weeks with shots and records and micro chipped. She was expensive but worth it. They also ship but we went to go get her. I love my toy maltipoo . They will check in with you a couple of weeks after you get your puppy for any questions or concerns. You may have their responsive either by phone or text if I want another puppy, I will go to them. When arriving home you can tell the puppy was treated well .

Good Morning, It is coming up on Mollie’s 2nd birthday Her original name was Itsy 🙂 but she looked more like a Mollie to us. We can’t explain the amount of joy ❤️ that she has brought to our lives and can not believe that she has her 2nd birthday with us, coming up on April 15th. I guess what I’m really trying to say is that we would like to THANK YOU at Pilesgrove for one of the most wonderful and amazing babies (Yes we call her our baby 🙂) that we have in our family. If we did not find your company we would not have all the love we have here with Again Thank you very much Casey and Scott Beverly

I am so happy with my new puppy! I was worried about buying a puppy online but I did research and decided to go with Pilesgrove. Their descriptions of the different breeds helped me decide to go with a mini poodle. I must have watched videos of hundreds of puppies and when I saw “Lolly” ( now called Mocha) do a little play bow I knew she was the one for me! I am so impressed by how healthy and beautiful this puppy is. She was perfectly clean and very lively, with a good appetite and great personality. The puppies are obviously well cared for- no parasites and very active and happy. I would definitely recommend using Pilesgrove !
