We were lucky to schedule the pickup of our newest family member on Mother’s Day! There were even mimosas offered for the moms. We were a little unsure given all communication had been online but everything came together when we arrived. We knew someone who had gone through Pilesgrove Pups for their puppy last year and was thrilled. Our puppy is even better than we imagined. He immediately fit into our home, even with an older large dog. Thank you!!

Our experience with Pilesgrove Pups was absolutely amazing! The location that we picked up Dallas from was immaculate which made us super comfortable and we were surprised to see how clean it was. Dallas must have just had a bath because he smelt so clean! They also provided a great starter box with some different food options to feed him and some pepto incase he got car sick on the ride home. I would most definitely refer anyone I know that wants to get a puppy to Pilesgrove Pups. Thank you so much for the smooth and memorable process!

We picked Sunshine up on 5/2 and are in love! The pickup process was smooth and all info was provided to put us at ease as this is our first puppy . We received many follow up texts to insure everything is going well. I was concerned about buying a dog over the internet but this company is reputable and professional. Would highly recommend.

My experience with Pilesgrove Pups was amazing! From start to finish. My toy Poodle Asha, I picked her up yesterday, and there was an instant connection. It was as if we’d been together. I was so happy to finally pick her up and see her. I’m already looking for another fur baby. I will for sure be getting her from Pilesgrove Pups. Val is super helpful and very knowledgeable. I took advantage of every option available, from take home food options such as the transition package, microchipping and registration, registration with AKC, a births certificate with parents name, breed and weight. And if you already have a name picked out they with switch the name on the birth certificate. I love that option! I can’t say enough about Pilesgrove Pups. Also, it was great to see the dogs were in such a clean (and beautiful!) environment. Thank you so much Val. You will be seeing me again.
