This is our now 1 year old Havapoo, Bentley who we picked up in December 2023. We were very impressed with the whole process with the folks at Pilesgrove Pups. Prior to pickup we received multiple updates on his progress. If we had any questions, we always got an answer promptly. From the very beginning, Bentley settled in nicely. We decided to crate him and he took to it no problem. Bentley is very outgoing and enjoys long walks and sitting in his pet bed at the front door waiting for his many dog friends - large and small - to walk by for a visit, especially his “girlfriend” Lola, a 1 year old mini goldendoodle, they’re inseparable. Dash is a great new member of our family. He is absolutely adorable, happy and has adjusted well into our new home and his new big brother Tucker. Pilesgrove Puppies was easy to work with and the process was seamless. I liked most was the several follow ups regarding how Dash was doing after we took him home. Pilesgrove was great we received picture updates and they answered all of our questions. Everything went just as planed. Our puppy was in great health and happy. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a puppy. We looked at many other places and decided on pilesgrove and so glad we did. They even checked in twice already to make sure everything was going ok.

The staff are very helpful and responsive prior of picking up the puppy. On the day we arrived they gave us a detailed care instructions and they even followed up the day after checking if he eat and drink. Love the puppy and photo was accurate.

After doing months of research, I choose Pilesgrove puppies to purchase my maltipoo Winnie. They did meet their 5 star rating. Communication before picking up Winnie was great. You always can text or speak to a person. I also liked that there was a address that we went to for pickup. It was a house not a store. When we picked up Winnie, they were so kind and answered all our questions. Pilesgrove also followed up to see how Winnie was doing. Very professional and 5 star service. The best bonus was I have a perfect puppy!

We picked up out new family member last week. I must admit we were extremely skeptical about buying a puppy from a website or from any breeder for that matter but our experience with Pilesgrove couldn't have been better. They answered any questions we had over the phone and through text. They sent us any information we requested regarding our pups parents and their health records. When we picked up our girl, Nicole and her mom could ?not have been anymore accommodating. They answered all of our questions and made sure we had all the information needed to make our pups transition easy. We had our vet check her out this past Friday. She is healthy,happy and quite feisty! We would highly recommend Pilesgrove to anyone looking for a new fur baby!!

Our experience with Pilesgrove Pups was nothing short of great! I was very excited to find an option so close to home for our Christmas Puppy. Our boy Finn (mini labradoodle) just celebrated his first birthday and has been a wonderful addition to our family. We got our adorable Mini Bernedoodle puppy from Pilesgrove Pups, and we are so happy with him! He is healthy and adorable, and already bringing so much joy to our family! I had a great experience. I was a little apprehensive buying a puppy from a breeder online, but the many 5-star Google reviews made me feel more comfortable doing so, and I’m so happy I did! Lots of communication, happy to send updated pictures before pickup, and checking up on him after we brought him home, all made the experience even better!

I had several conversations with Zack before deciding to purchase my puppy. We drove to NJ yesterday to pick him up and it has been a whirlwind of wonderful ever since. Fernando is a Havapoo. To my amazement he is already doing the necessary outside in the grass, is eating well and slept all night quietly in his crate in my bedroom. He is affectionate and playful and already bonded to me. This morning I received a message checking to make certain he was doing well. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a pup from them, they are almost as wonderful to deal with as my puppy is to me.

In January 2024 we were fortunate enough to discover Pilsgrove Pups and reserve the best addition to our family! We couldn’t have been happier with our experience before, during and after the reservation of Ethel (as we have a Lucy too). Pilesgrove was available for questions throughout the process and so graciously follows up/checks in multiple times after bringing home our new puppy. Ethel is well tempered, beautiful and healthy!! Highly recommend Pilsgrove for anyone looking to add some puppy love to your family!!
