We picked up Bambi( originally named Luciana) this past spring. She was a happy friendly healthy puppy with the sweetest disposition when we met her, and that’s all still true. Couldn’t be happier with Bambi and we give Pilesgove highest marks possible .

Great communication not just during the reservation process but post pickup of our puppy. It was nice to be offered a package with everything you need for when picked up but for the first days at her new home. Definitely if and when getting my next puppy, this will be the place to go! A year later, we still have communication with Pilesgrove Pups. They care and are always available to give advice. This was our first time getting a pet from a breeder and without hesitation will use them again.

We recently reserved Parker (formerly Jasmin) from Pilesgrove and it was a great experience! We arrived to an immaculate family farm, and our pup was active at play in the living room. She. Is. Perfect. The entire process was so positive with multiple check-ins, an extensive list and discussions on puppy care, and a box filled with everything we’d need for the start of our new life with our furry family member! Everyone loves their dog, so I’ll spare the pages of brags I’d love to share about Parker haha, but she’s truly an amazing puppy. I grew up with dogs and she is just so incredibly eager to do well with potty training and house training. She’s amazing. She’s healthy, active and extremely happy. We love this pup, and we love that Pilesgrove cared enough to not only take good care before her reservation, but to also follow up with check ins asking about her health, eating habits and energy. They made it very clear they’d be available for any questions should we ever have some, but their preparation was so thorough it’s hard to imagine we would! Such a great process. So thankful and happy with the entire thing!

So happy to have neuman our shih-poo and to have gotten him from pilesgrove pups. They where great threw out the whole process of getting neuman they kept in contact sent pics and answered every question we had . Neuman is one now and they still keep contact it's great to know that they care so much .

We picked up our little guy today (Tucson, but we named him Tate) and we already love him so much! The people at Pilesgrove Pups were so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to give us advice and answer any questions we had before leaving with our pup. The process of reserving him online went smoothly as well and the staff answered any questions I had right away, including providing updated pictures and a video. We had a top notch experience with Pilesgrove Pups! 12/20/24 Update - our little “Tater” is 1 year old today and he’s been part of our family for 9 months. He is the best puppy, so peppy and fun with just a dash of mischief. We love him so much and he has been the best addition to our family! As with any online purchase, I was hesitant to put forth the money without knowing exactly who we were dealing with and the health of the puppies Living in close proximity to the farm, we took a ride Found the home to be beautiful and the puppies who were in the barn in a climate controlled setting We watched the exchange of the new puppies with their new owners and couldn’t be any more satisfied We purchased our puppy At 9 weeks we were ready to bring him home Valerie at Pilesgrove pups was extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. It’s been a week Our puppy is energetic, smart and the best addition to our family His medical record was made available and our vet exam revealed a very healthy 10 weeks old pup I would definitely buy another puppy here or recommend to others. Also, pilesgrove Pups have contacted us twice making themselves available for questions or concerns and checking on how the pup was eating and general overall health Couldn’t ask for a better experience

Today is "Gomez" now Frankie's 1st birthday. We received him from Pilesgrove Pups when he was 8 weeks old. The service was amazing, from pictures and videos of Frankie and his parents, to getting him microchipped as well as all his first round of vaccines. They supplied us with food also. They respond in a timely manner for any questions/concerns and they check up on you periodically to see how you and your puppy is doing. Retrieving him was very easy they give you the address and a time for you to get your puppy, the woman who was taking care of Frankie for us was so sweet and helpful. Frankie has been one of the best decisions we've ever made, from the day we saw him on the website we knew he was part of the family. He brings us so much joy and laughter and is such an intelligent dog. We can't thank Pilesgrove Pups enough for giving us our fur baby ❤️

We just got our puppy today! We are so in love with our toy Maltipoo, Nala. The process was nice and smooth, and Pilesgrove Pups answered all my questions or concerns as well as special requests for weekly videos of our puppy! They are amazing, and we couldn't be happier!
