We received our puppy from them. He’s been healthy, sweet, playful and a great addition to the family. The company has been professional in the application process, answering any questions, delivery, and checking in on our puppy post adoption.

10/10 experience. Working with this group was easy, quick, and very communicative. Can not recommend them more. The delivery process was a breeze and we are elated with our new bundle of joy. She came with a welcome home kit, food and a small bed. They have followed up twice since receiving her asking about how she’s doing. Really appreciate the dedication to her well-being. They were warm and welcoming, the process was made easy from selecting our sweet girl online to the actual picking her up from the farm. The overall experience was wonderful, we saw that we were going to be early on our pickup and messaged them and they were ok with u coming early which was great.

I can’t rave enough about our experience with Pilesgrove Pups! My boyfriend and I were quite nervous about purchasing a dog online, as we live out of state and have never purchased a dog in this way before. But our puppy team made the process so easy and eased away all of our worries with their amazing communication with us throughout the process. I adopted my puppy yesterday. The place where I picked up my new puppy was very clean. It was a family business but well-managed. The process was easy and quick. They responded very quickly when I had questions, and they also checked on my puppy’s condition the next day. It’s a great place, and I would recommend that people adopt their puppies here!

Pilsgrove is truly the best place to get a dog. They are very responsible and thorough. They sent me information to prepare me for my puppy ahead of picking him up and I got emails and text as well. The place that I picked him up from was so bright and clean and I was greeted by very friendly staff. When I picked him up I knew that they take really good care of their animals and truly care for them. I was sent home with a Starter kit of food and some medicine for an upset stomach. I got a mini aussiedoodle. If you were looking to get the breeds of dog that they offer, I highly highly recommend them. Thank you Pilsgrove. It was love at first sight when we met him.

Pilesgrove Pups has been an amazing, honest and reliable experience. We got our new Cavapoo puppy there at the end of July 2024. We had a great experience with Pilesgrove pups. They were so much help even after we brought our puppy home. Always available by call or text to answer any questions. We love our little Shichon puppy! We have had him for about 9 months now.

Super nice family that answered all of our questions as we were first-time dog owners when we picked up our mini Aussiedoodle last October. They were extremely helpful and just reached out to me to check in on my puppy’s first birthday. I will attach photos when we picked up our puppy at approximately 8-10 weeks old, and yesterday when we celebrated his first birthday. He brings us a lot of joy and we are so happy to have him apart of our family. I would strongly recommend these people.

The entire experience with Pilesgrove Pups has been amazing. They made the entire process very simple and were always so helpful, ensuring they answered all of our questions. When we went to pick up our puppy, they had his kit ready and explained everything to us. The following day, they reached out to see how he's doing.
