I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Pilesgrove pups! From the moment I first inquired about a puppy, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. The process was seamless, and it was clear they truly care about their puppies and the families they place them with. They kept me updated every step of the way, answering all my questions with patience and ensuring I felt confident and prepared. My Havanese puppy Luna, is absolutely perfect—happy, healthy, and so well-socialized. It’s clear she was raised with love and care. This has been such a wonderful experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Pilesgrove pups to anyone looking for a new furry family member!

We had a great experience with Pilesgrove Pups. The process for selecting our puppy was straightforward and informative. I asked many questions verifying the business and the health of the puppy. Pick up was efficient and I highly recommend Pilesgrove Pups. We picked up Bailey in Jan 2024.

After our Siberian Husky of almost 14 years passed, we never ruled out having another dog. Apparently it was meant to be as we came across Pilesgrove Pups, while not necessarily looking for one. We instantly fell in love with a Pomsky on the website. We reached out for more information and within a couple hours put down a deposit. Skeptical at first, as anyone would be. Nicole and the team were in constant contact with us through every step of the process. Answers to every question, and quickly!! We scheduled at date and time for pick up that was convenient for our family. When we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed in with open arms. Nicole went over everything about our new puppy, explained how Pilesgrove Pups operates, how the team loves and cares for all of there animals. They even took the time to check on us and the puppy the next day. There is comfort knowing they are available if we need them. We could not be any happier with Pilesgrove Pups. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a puppy. Maverick is helping fill our home with the love we lost when our Husky crossed the rainbow bridge. It’s now Friday 11/22/2024 and we are celebrating Maverick’s 1st birthday! Maverick has filled our home with the love we were missing after we lost Dakota. It’s strange how things work out, as he was definitely meant for our family. He’s about 25lbs or so and appears to be full grown. He loves kids, other dogs, and just about everything. He enjoys sitting at the front door and barking at the delivery men🤣🤣. He is definitely not a fan of the warm weather, but loves swimming in the pool. Thank you again Pilesgrove Pups for everything when we decided to have Maverick join our family and keeping in contact with us to see how we are all making out. Google only gives 5 stars, but I would rate Pilesgrove Pups 10/10!!

Extraordinary Service!! Pilesgrove Pups has a staff of meticulous professionals with the highest regard to customer service. In my search for a puppy, I unfortunately encountered shady establishments. That is not the case with Pilesgrove. With them, you are in safe hands and can rest assure their puppies are treated humanely with care, respect, and dignity. They communicated during the entire process and answered questions. The day of the pickup they had a care package ready with food, vet records, and instructions. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a puppy.

This was our first time working with a breeder, and we were very apprehensive. We were invited to visit Pilesgrove and see the process. This was a wonderful experience. Seeing the care taken of not only the pups but the entire process made the decision super easy. We reserved Poppy (aka Pina) on our ride home. Since getting Poppy home there have been a number of check-in calls and text messages making sure that we were following the take home instructions and monitoring her feeding, deworming and activity levels. The care and attention to details provided by Pilesgrove Pups has been second to none. Not only would we highly recommend them, but we are already considering getting Poppy a sister.

I don’t often write reviews, but here goes. After our beloved golden passed I was interested in a golden doodle, saw Aussie doodles & was hooked. He’s such a joy and adjusted immediately to his forever home. We were impressed with the health guarantee & the many great reviews. Valerie & staff’s caring and nurturing were apparent, you can tell these pup’s were loved and cared for. In closing, thank you to piles grove for our boy Django, he’s a total joy.

What a wonderful experience reserving our Shih Tzu from Pilesgrove Pups. It’s so obvious that they know how to care for their pups and can help you through the process. Our Enzo is a very calm, loving boy. We are blessed to have him in our family.

We got a havachon from them and he is amazing...pilesgrove did a magnificent job raising him until he came to us.... he's a very happy puppy.. very energetic and sooo intelligent...I would recommend pilesgrove pups to anybody looking for a new family member puppy

Beautiful & Healthy Cavapoo Puppy. Pilesgrove sent puppy home with food, instructions, puppy shampoo, etc. They text you to check up on your furbaby’s well-being: eating, pp & poopoo. Very caring and will help you with any questions you have. Excellent - Five Stars

Had a great experience picking up my cavapoo yesterday! The employees at Pilesgrove Pups have been super helpful throughout the process - answering all my questions and making me feel a sense of security as a first time dog owner. The pickup process was great - beautiful farm and friendly/ knowledgeable employees there to give you all the information you need to be ready to take home your pup. They even follow up the next day to check in! Bodega is adjusting great, has such a friendly, playful and cuddly personality :)
