From our first contact with Pilesgrove Pups, they were informative about the specific breed we were looking at. once we selected our puppy they stayed in contact throughout the process! Ruthie kept us updated with the puppy’s health via text and email. They were quick to respond to our questions by phone! Nicole was welcoming and informative when we picked up our girl. Follow up call after bringing her home was great! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pilesgrove pups for your new puppy!

We rec’d our pup yesterday. The whole process of adopting a puppy online, especially from a few states away, can include some skepticism. That said, the staff at Pilesgrove was great and communicated with us almost daily, leading up to our pick-up. The only challenge, which was minor, was we were looking for additional photos of our pup because after we adopted him, the profile was removed from the website (understandably). We never rec’d the photos but it turned out ok because we were able to pick-up our pup a week after submitting our adoption request. Would definitely recommend Pilesgrove again!

We were hesitant to buy a pup online as we had wanted to meet the parents and breeders before making a decision. However, we took a chance and felt comfortable throughout the process. The team was excellent in communicating and pick up was simple and very well organized. Our Vet confirmed she is 100% healthy and we could not be happier. She is very chill and eager to learn. We would recommend Pilegrove Pups to anyone looking for a specific pup.

When we decided that we wanted a puppy for our family, we did a lot of research and found the good, the bad and the ugly of getting a puppy. Then we came across Pilesgrove Pups and we knew we were in the right place! We went through all the information on the website and developed a list of questions. The staff took the time to go over each and every question we had. Even later when we had more questions, they were more than helpful. We took our time in deciding on a puppy and then one day, there she was, Odessa (now Sophie). We immediately fell in love with her, and Pilesgrove Pups helped us make the reservation for delivery. Due to her age, we did have to wait a few weeks and it was the longest few weeks we’ve ever experienced. The Team at Pilesgrove was always there for us. When we asked for updates and new photos and videos, they were sent to us as soon as possible. Prior to our pick, Pilesgrove provided update emails to give us more information on arrival day. Then the day came, and we picked up Sophie. Nicole explained everything to us, we left with a food care package. But that wasn’t the end, Valerie from Pilesgrove followed up with us the next day to make sure our new puppy was doing well. We had some feeding concerns and Valerie got us on the right track. I know we can rely on Pilesgrove to be there should we need them. If you’re hesitant and have questions, give the Team at Pilesgrove Pups a call, and tell them we said Hi!

Great communication not just during the adoption process but post pickup of our puppy. It was nice to be offered a package with everything you need for when picked up but for the first days at her new home. Definitely if and when getting my next puppy, this will be the place to go!
