A wonderful experience !!! They were so friendly, professional and the home where we picked up our 2 new furry friends was clean, organized and they treated us like family. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new family member... if I could give them 100 stars I would !!! We loved the experience so much that my Mom got a puppy with Pilesgrove Pups last week !! Once again we couldn’t say enough about how wonderful the pick up went and how amazing everyone has been. Definitely will recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a great experience !!! Furry friends are Family !!!

We had a great experience with Pilesgrove pups. They were so much help even after we brought our puppy home. Always available by call or text to answer any questions. We love our little Shichon puppy! We have had him for about 9 months now.

Super nice family that answered all of our questions as we were first-time dog owners when we picked up our mini Aussiedoodle last October. They were extremely helpful and just reached out to me to check in on my puppy’s first birthday. I will attach photos when we picked up our puppy at approximately 8-10 weeks old, and yesterday when we celebrated his first birthday. He brings us a lot of joy and we are so happy to have him apart of our family. I would strongly recommend these people.

The entire experience with Pilesgrove Pups has been amazing. They made the entire process very simple and were always so helpful, ensuring they answered all of our questions. When we went to pick up our puppy, they had his kit ready and explained everything to us. The following day, they reached out to see how he's doing. They genuinely care for the well-being of each pup! We are in love with our new puppy! We will definitely be recommending Pilesgrove Pups to our friends and family!

We love our Aussiechon so much already! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our fur baby came healthy, vaccinated and adorable!

I got my cockapoo puppy, Benson/Benny, through Pilesgrove in mid June. My experience with Pilesgrove Pups was fantastic. I would 100% recommend them and would 100% buy a puppy through them again. They answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, were very friendly, and set me up for success in raising this little guy. Our vet said the breeder really did their due diligence in giving Benny his tick meds and shots and by even doing a blood test! Pilesgrove followed up to ensure Benny was settling in and eating a week after I picked him up. They are the best and Benny is so well behaved and friendly. I could not be happier. I highly recommend Pilesgrove Pups when you are ready to add a 4 legged friend to your family. The entire process was easy from start to finish. The customer care team made themselves available for any questions I had and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail. In addition, after bringing the dog home, they were available to answer questions regarding home care and checked in daily to inquire about the dogs feeding. I highly recommend Pilesgrove Pups.
