Our experience with Pilesgrove Pups was the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you’re looking for a fur baby I highly recommend you to get your baby from here! They are very precessional loving and caring. Our fur baby name is Otis the name fits him so well we kept the name when we picked him up the environment was so nice warm friendly and clean. They are so caring when they check to see how the process is going once he been in our home. Otis adjust real fast in his new home. My puppy is one today. She had a great year and the people were great. She is a very loving mini labradoodle and exactly the size they said she'd be.

Pilesgrove Pups are awesome! Since we first contacted them back in May of 2024 until now they still check in on our little guy. Today marks his first birthday. He was reserved for my uncle who gets into states of isolation and since we've gotten Whiskey(Kael), my uncle has been better and loves his furchild so much. I recently acquired a cocker spaniel puppy from Pilesgrove Pups, and I was drawn to their services primarily because of their informative website, which provided detailed insights about various breeds. The inclusion of videos, a Q&A section, and the site's cleanliness really appealed to me. I reached out and spoke with a gentleman there, asking numerous questions as part of my research, and I found the business to be credible. I placed a deposit for the puppy on January 16, 2025, and according to the website, he was ready for pick up on or after February 15, 2025. After making my payment, I promptly received an email confirming my dog selection, and his photo was removed from the site to prevent anyone else from purchasing him. I appreciated the thoroughness of the entire process, which included information about the puppy's parents, DNA, birth certificate, and medical records. I received regular emails detailing the next steps, along with guidance on food, behavior, medication, and a direct contact number for any health concerns. I opted for additional services, including a microchip and a kit with food and medicine, which was efficiently set up with my information. They also offered dog insurance, but I already had a policy with Nationwide that I could add him to while still receiving a 10-year health warranty. On pick-up day, February 17, 2025, the location was inviting, clean, and welcoming. Before receiving my puppy, I was given a thorough walkthrough of everything included in the kit, which contained all his medical records, both dry and wet puppy food, medicine, puppy pads, and an informative booklet, all beautifully packaged in a white box. I was encouraged to spend time with the puppy to help him bond with me before finalizing the payment, and I never felt rushed — I was truly impressed by the level of service I received. A friend who accompanied me couldn't stop praising the experience either. Once my puppy and I were comfortable, I paid the remaining balance and left. It's now been five days, and I've been following the provided instructions. My pup, Darby, has already bonded with my two older cocker spaniels, has plenty of energy, is well-trained, and adjusts well to being in a kennel without any whining or crying. It's remarkable! You can tell he's been well taken care of, and the consistency of his training at just eight weeks old is evident. Pilesgrove Pups has reached out several times since the purchase to check on Darby, asking about his eating habits and any issues. Their genuine care for their dogs and their well-being is clear. Overall, this has been an outstanding experience, especially compared to my previous encounters with different breeders. I will certainly advocate for Pilesgrove Pups and promote their business. It’s truly been a wonderful and enjoyable experience.

Pilesgrove is an A+++ network to bring home a puppy. they are thorough and detailed in all aspects of bringing home one of their pups, very accessible and kind. having our little guy for a month now he is very well behaved and his behavior clearly shows signs of coming from a loving environment. I understand any pawrents surfing through reviews in fear of puppy mills but this place is great! my next puppy will surely come from them!
