After doing a lot of searching and we knew we wanted a cavapoo we found Pilegrove….. they were extremely easy to deal with, caring and walked us through everything on updates with our new puppy..Brooke is the sweetest & loves her brother/sister..we highly recommend them

We just love her personality and how wonderful she has been for our family. She is so intelligent, easy to train and has basically become a little sister to our 4 year old daughter.

Picked up our Bernedoodle last yr from Pilesgrove. Everything went great! They were organized, excellent communication, followed up multiple times to check in and see if we had any questions/concerns, etc. everything was as advertised including our puppy. The little guy turned 1 today and is a major part of our family.

When we decided that we wanted a puppy for our family, we did a lot of research and found the good, the bad and the ugly of getting a puppy. Then we came across Pilesgrove Pups and we knew we were in the right place! We went through all the information on the website and developed a list of questions. The staff took the time to go over each and every question we had. Even later when we had more questions, they were more than helpful. We took our time in deciding on a puppy and then one day, there she was, Odessa (now Sophie). We immediately fell in love with her, and Pilesgrove Pups helped us make the reservation for delivery. Due to her age, we did have to wait a few weeks and it was the longest few weeks we’ve ever experienced. The Team at Pilesgrove was always there for us. When we asked for updates and new photos and videos, they were sent to us as soon as possible. Prior to our pick, Pilesgrove provided update emails to give us more information on arrival day. Then the day came, and we picked up Sophie. Nicole explained everything to us, we left with a food care package. But that wasn’t the end, Valerie from Pilesgrove followed up with us the next day to make sure our new puppy was doing well. We had some feeding concerns and Valerie got us on the right track. My wife and I reserved our pup about a year ago and have nothing but great things to say about Pilesgrove Pups. Our dog Cooper is so loving and friendly! The entire reservation experience was smooth and helped us get setup with everything we needed day 1. As first time dog owners, we appreciated the ability to get additional products such as a leash/harness as well as bloodwork and microchipping and some general advice from them. The pickup process was also so welcoming! When we arrived at the farm, we were a bit unsure we were in the right place but were quickly welcomed in and given some time to get acquainted with our pup before taking him home. Cooper was clean and healthy which isn’t always something that can be controlled, but the assurance that they would help with any issues he had gave us confidence in the process. The part that really sold us on Pilesgrove Pups was the initial contact over the phone. We spoke with Zach who gave us so much information on the process and seemed to truly care about the pups! That also goes for everyone we met from Pilesgrove, they all seemed to really care about the dogs which can’t always be said for some breeders.

Pilesgrove Pups delivered as promised. We got a healthy and happy little pup who has taken over our lives and our hearts. The staff has been very attentive, professional and readily available from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them.

From our first contact with Pilesgrove Pups, they were informative about the specific breed we were looking at. once we selected our puppy they stayed in contact throughout the process! Ruthie kept us updated with the puppy’s health via text and email. They were quick to respond to our questions by phone! Nicole was welcoming and informative when we picked up our girl. We recently took home our puppy from Pilesgrove Pups and we couldn't be happier. Leading up to our dog's arrival they sent photos and videos when we asked and when we took her home they continued to check in the make sure the puppy was doing well. Most importantly our pup came home happy and healthy!

Our kids are so excited to add Gravity (now Nova) to our family. The entire experience with Pilesgrove Pups was smooth and efficient. The communication back and forth was great. They have checked in with us each day since acquiring our new pup. Overall great experience!
