I recently got my new puppy from Pilesgrove Pups in New Jersey, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff especially Zach, Valerie, Julie and Lewis was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They genuinely care about the well-being of their puppies, ensuring they are healthy, well-socialized, and ready for their new homes. My puppy is absolutely adorable, full of energy, and has adjusted wonderfully thanks to the excellent care received before reservation. Today marks the one-year anniversary of my Havanese puppy’s birth. I acquired her from PILESGROVE pups ten months ago. Prior to making my purchase, I conducted thorough research on various Havanese breeders across the eastern seaboard. However, many of them lacked the necessary information I sought. Specifically, I desired details about the parents’ lineage, age, and weight. Upon searching online, I discovered Pilesgrove, which provided comprehensive information, including photographs of the puppies engaged in playful activities. Notably, they offered individual videos of each puppy. I selected the most active and spirited puppy. Given my limited knowledge of Havanese beyond their intelligence and relatively low incidence of health issues, I thoroughly reviewed the information provided by Pilesgrove. I cannot express my sincere appreciation for their exceptional service. Purchasing a puppy entails a significant financial commitment, but Pilesgrove made the process remarkably straightforward. Before the puppy’s arrival, they conducted blood tests, had the dog examined by a veterinarian, and affixed an identification chip to ensure its safety in case of separation. These services were offered at a reduced cost compared to the standard procedures. Upon visiting their charming rural home, where the puppy resided, I was provided with an abundance of information, including a pre-packaged dog food supply. Notably, they included a package of various medications to address potential health concerns during car travel, such as car sickness. Additionally, comprehensive instructions on puppy care were provided. Pilesgrove’s comprehensive information package addressed every conceivable question, leaving no room for uncertainty. Diva, my Havanese puppy, celebrated her first birthday today. She is an exceptionally active, playful, and affectionate companion. I am compelled to express my utmost gratitude to Pilesgrove pups. If I were permitted to assign a higher rating than five stars, I would undoubtedly do so. Professionalism of this caliber is exceptionally rare in today’s market.

We got our Aussiechon through Pilesgrove and it was an easy, pleasant and wonderful experience! We are absolutely in love with our puppy. Pilesgrove was very responsive with any of our questions and continued to check in after we went home. It’s clear that the puppies are coming from a loving place! We definitely would recommend!!

I will say I was very weary at first with getting a puppy from a “website”, so glad I looked into it and went with them. Amazing from beginning to end, constant communication, tons of information to help you be prepared for your new addition and a wonderful, healthy pup to add to our family. Not a scam! Pilesgrove is the best breeder if you’re looking to extend your family with the most exquisite quality puppy. Their service was impeccable from the start! I knew this was our place from the first phone call. They simplified the journey to finding our new family member Alexi. Friendly employees each time I called and they always returned a call and responded to our questions with a call or a detailed text. The ad is real and the their policy is true. Today they sent a Happy Birthday to our lil “Lexi” who is one years old!

I highly recommend this breeder! Ten stars if possible. I was so impressed with the extensive information they gave me before hand as well as a take home box of necessities. Their follow-up communication was helpful. My puppy is healthy and happy.

I would highly recommend Pilesgrove Pups. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and considerate. We reserved a cockapoo and could not be more pleased with the new addition to our family. We were sent away with more than enough to get our pup acclimated in his new setting and because of that his transition has been smooth. I’ve had the pleasure to get my new baby Jonas a white Toy Pomeranian. It was a wonderful process from start to finish. My dog is very happy and healthy and they check on the puppy regularly. Legit. Very professional and courteous. Seamless process online, through texts, emails, phone calls, and in-person. Constant communication and guidance with Pilesgrove Pups. I never felt alone during the process. They know their stuff and they care! They had everything set up for me and my pup Toby Twixx before, during, and after take home. I can’t tell you enough how truly happy I am with Pilesgrove Pups and my puppy. My mini poodle is adorable and we’re happy !! 🥰 You will just have to see for yourself.
