My wife and I adopted our pup about a year ago and have nothing but great things to say about Pilesgrove Pups. Our dog Cooper is so loving and friendly! The entire adoption experience was smooth and helped us get setup with everything we needed day 1. As first time dog owners, we appreciated the ability to get additional products such as a leash/harness as well as bloodwork and microchipping and some general advice from them. The pickup process was also so welcoming! When we arrived at the farm, we were a bit unsure we were in the right place but were quickly welcomed in and given some time to get acquainted with our pup before taking him home. Cooper was clean and healthy which isn’t always something that can be controlled, but the assurance that they would help with any issues he had gave us confidence in the process. The part that really sold us on Pilesgrove Pups was the initial contact over the phone. We spoke with Zach who gave us so much information on the process and seemed to truly care about the pups! That also goes for everyone we met from Pilesgrove, they all seemed to really care about the dogs which can’t always be said for some breeders.

Pilesgrove Pups delivered as promised. We got a healthy and happy little pup who has taken over our lives and our hearts. The staff has been very attentive, professional and readily available from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them.

From our first contact with Pilesgrove Pups, they were informative about the specific breed we were looking at. once we selected our puppy they stayed in contact throughout the process! Ruthie kept us updated with the puppy’s health via text and email. They were quick to respond to our questions by phone! Nicole was welcoming and informative when we picked up our girl. Follow up call after bringing her home was great! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pilesgrove pups for your new puppy! We recently took home our puppy from Pilesgrove Pups and we couldn't be happier. Leading up to our dog's arrival they sent photos and videos when we asked and when we took her home they continued to check in the make sure the puppy was doing well. Most importantly our pup came home happy and healthy!

Our kids are so excited to add Gravity (now Nova) to our family. The entire experience with Pilesgrove Pups was smooth and efficient. The communication back and forth was great. They have checked in with us each day since acquiring our new pup. Overall great experience!

We picked up Bambi( originally named Luciana) this past spring. She was a happy friendly healthy puppy with the sweetest disposition when we met her, and that’s all still true. Couldn’t be happier with Bambi and we give Pilesgove highest marks possible .

Great communication not just during the adoption process but post pickup of our puppy. It was nice to be offered a package with everything you need for when picked up but for the first days at her new home. Definitely if and when getting my next puppy, this will be the place to go! A year later, we still have communication with Pilesgrove Pups. They care and are always available to give advice. This was our first time getting a pet from a breeder and without hesitation will use them again.

We recently adopted Parker (formerly Jasmin) from Pilesgrove and it was a great experience! We arrived to an immaculate family farm, and our pup was active at play in the living room. She. Is. Perfect. The entire process was so positive with multiple check-ins, an extensive list and discussions on puppy care, and a box filled with everything we’d need for the start of our new life with our furry family member! Everyone loves their dog, so I’ll spare the pages of brags I’d love to share about Parker haha, but she’s truly an amazing puppy. I grew up with dogs and she is just so incredibly eager to do well with potty training and house training. She’s amazing. She’s healthy, active and extremely happy. We love this pup, and we love that Pilesgrove cared enough to not only take good care before her adoption, but to also follow up with check ins asking about her health, eating habits and energy. They made it very clear they’d be available for any questions should we ever have some, but their preparation was so thorough it’s hard to imagine we would! Such a great process. So thankful and happy with the entire thing!

So happy to have neuman our shih-poo and to have gotten him from pilesgrove pups. They where great threw out the whole process of getting neuman they kept in contact sent pics and answered every question we had . Neuman is one now and they still keep contact it's great to know that they care so much .

We picked up our little guy today (Tucson, but we named him Tate) and we already love him so much! The people at Pilesgrove Pups were so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to give us advice and answer any questions we had before leaving with our pup. The process of adopting him online went smoothly as well and the staff answered any questions I had right away, including providing updated pictures and a video. We had a top notch experience with Pilesgrove Pups! 12/20/24 Update - our little “Tater” is 1 year old today and he’s been part of our family for 9 months. He is the best puppy, so peppy and fun with just a dash of mischief. We love him so much and he has been the best addition to our family!
