We had such amazing experience adopting a puppy with Pilesgrove! They were very responsive and assisted with the entire process. We were unsure of where to adopt our puppy from, but after the initial call with the Pilesgrove team, we knew this was the right place. You can tell they really enjoy and care about what they do. After the passing of our 13 year old Siberian Husky in December, we were unsure when we would be ready for another puppy. Apparently it was meant to be as we stumbled upon pilesgrovepups.com. We saw the picture of Maverick and instantly fell in love. We made contact with the team within minutes. Nicole and the team were there every step of the way. Constant communication with very quick response to any question we had. We chose a pick up date and received information assisting us through the process. Once we arrived to pick Maverick up, we were greeted at the door and welcomed in with open arms. Nicole took the time to explain what to do when we got home and added lots of extra advice. She even told us to contact her after we were home for any assistance needed. I was contacted the next morning to see if we need any help and how the first night was. I could not be any happier with pilesgrovepups.com. I can completely understand why someone would be skeptical. Being completely honest, we were too. Nicole took the time to explain how the business is operated. 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with Pilesgrove Pups was nothing short of flawless. From our initial phone inquires to picking up little Bentley (who is sitting patiently with me while I write this review), the entire team was there and able to answer all of our questions. Any follow up questions we had were handled in the same prompt manner … we always knew where he was in the process. On pickup day, we arrived to find Bentley in the playpen with another beautiful pup, happy and actively playing. Thanks to Nicole who helped us with the final paperwork and also provided some additional tips for our little guy on grooming. Much appreciated.
