Had a wonderful experience working with this team. We had a specific breed and they provided us with a wonderful choice of puppies. We got the background on the parents every time we asked. They got on the phone to speak with us whenever we needed to. Texting information was very prompt. Once our choice was made the process was easy. Our puppy is delightful! They also check in on him to make sure everything is okay. Great support. I highly recommend Pilesgrove Pups. Just celebrated his first birthday today!!

I recently acquired a cocker spaniel puppy from Pilesgrove Pups, and I was drawn to their services primarily because of their informative website, which provided detailed insights about various breeds. The inclusion of videos, a Q&A section, and the site's cleanliness really appealed to me. I reached out and spoke with a gentleman there, asking numerous questions as part of my research, and I found the business to be credible. I placed a deposit for the puppy on January 16, 2025, and according to the website, he was ready for pick up on or after February 15, 2025. After making my payment, I promptly received an email confirming my dog selection, and his photo was removed from the site to prevent anyone else from purchasing him. I appreciated the thoroughness of the entire process, which included information about the puppy's parents, DNA, birth certificate, and medical records. I received regular emails detailing the next steps, along with guidance on food, behavior, medication, and a direct contact number for any health concerns. I opted for additional services, including a microchip and a kit with food and medicine, which was efficiently set up with my information. They also offered dog insurance, but I already had a policy with Nationwide that I could add him to while still receiving a 10-year health warranty. On pick-up day, February 17, 2025, the location was inviting, clean, and welcoming. Before receiving my puppy, I was given a thorough walkthrough of everything included in the kit, which contained all his medical records, both dry and wet puppy food, medicine, puppy pads, and an informative booklet, all beautifully packaged in a white box. I was encouraged to spend time with the puppy to help him bond with me before finalizing the payment, and I never felt rushed — I was truly impressed by the level of service I received. A friend who accompanied me couldn't stop praising the experience either. Once my puppy and I were comfortable, I paid the remaining balance and left. It's now been five days, and I've been following the provided instructions. My pup, Darby, has already bonded with my two older cocker spaniels, has plenty of energy, is well-trained, and adjusts well to being in a kennel without any whining or crying. It's remarkable! You can tell he's been well taken care of, and the consistency of his training at just eight weeks old is evident. Pilesgrove Pups has reached out several times since the purchase to check on Darby, asking about his eating habits and any issues. Their genuine care for their dogs and their well-being is clear. Overall, this has been an outstanding experience, especially compared to my previous encounters with different breeders. I will certainly advocate for Pilesgrove Pups and promote their business. It’s truly been a wonderful and enjoyable experience.

I highly recommend Pilesgrove Pups. We absolutely love our new addition to our family. They helped us with picking which puppy would best fit our family. They responded to any questions I had right away. When picking up our puppy they were very informative and followed up the next day to see how our pup was doing.JIMBO is now 1 year old and the best dog! We just love him so much. Pilesgrove is an A+++ network to bring home a puppy. they are thorough and detailed in all aspects of bringing home one of their pups, very accessible and kind. having our little guy for a month now he is very well behaved and his behavior clearly shows signs of coming from a loving environment. I understand any pawrents surfing through reviews in fear of puppy mills but this place is great! my next puppy will surely come from them!

We had a wonderful experience at Pilesgrove pups! Everyone was so helpful from our initial inquiry phone call all the way through the whole process. After we took our adorable dog home, the staff reached out to check on the dog. They reached out several times to make sure the transition went well. I purchased my dog, Romeo about 10 months ago. from Pilesgrove. He’s a Bernedoodle and the most loyal and adorable dog I’ve ever had. I couldn’t be more happier with my choice. The team at Pilesgrove were exceptional. The whole process went smoothly from the initial deposit to the follow-ups that I’ve received. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase their new fur baby to give them a try.

We loved working with Pilesgrove Pups. We found their company through a google search, and read reviews before committing. We were very particular about the breed we wanted, and found Maverick. They supplied all the necessary info we needed to feel confident, had his necessary vaccinations, answered any questions we had (which were a lot lol), and made sure it was a special introduction when we surprised our kids with him. He is now 1 years old, and everything we hoped for.

UPDATE 02/16/2025: Our pup is happy and healthy one year later. Still 10/10 recommend Pilsgrove Pups. The team will check in from time to time and still offer their love and support. From the first call to days after bringing our puppy home, Pilsgrove Pups was nothing short than amazing. Being a first-time dog mom, they were very patient, helpful, and all around great. It is evident they enjoy what they do and love on the puppies. 10/10 recommend!

We just purchased our Aussiedoodle from Pilesgrove and had an awesome experience. Everyone was so helpful from start to finish and we are so happy with our new addition Leo .

From start to finish it was an amazing, easy, and friendly process. Very nice family farm we picked him up at. Very clear instructions where to pick him up and the entire process went great. We got the Fetch insurance which is a great price per month. And with that we get the 10 year warrenty with our dog Huggie. Valerie was extremely nice and thorough with the transition of bring our dog home. 10/10. Update: It’s been 1 year!!! Happy Birthday Huggie. Super healthy. Never had one health problem with him! Pilesgrove pups is the real deal.

We forgot to post a review when we first purchased through pilesgrove pups a while back (so sorry) at first we didnt know what to expect with the proccess, it might sound shaky at first but as we go further into the proccess..our experience was amazing from start to finish. We had all questions and any concerns we might have had. Pilesgrove pups made it so easy up to transitioning our new pup home! We brought home archer! We kept his original name, we loved it! He is such an amazing dog. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go through pilesgrove. Archer is a year now! Here is his picture that captured our hearts and what he has grown to be. We love him!

I recently adopted Hershey (Craze) from here. Everyone I spoke with was professional and informative. I opted to pickup Hershey in Delaware as opposed to NJ, the driver Logan met me on time, he was very nice and personable. My overall experience was great. I definitely recommend Pilesgrove Pups to anyone looking for a fur baby. Hershey is happy and healthy.

Celebrating one year with my mini labradoodle Finley! Pilesgrove is truly incredible and I would definitely go through them again, if I ever adopted another puppy. They made the process literally stress-free… and provided me with everything I needed upon his arrival. I was able to pick him up at a nearby airport; it couldn’t have been simpler. If you’re wondering, YES this place is legitimate!!! I spoke with multiple on the phone and via text who work there, and everyone was wonderful… they even checked on him every couple of days the first week to make sure everything was okay! Highly recommend! You won’t regret it !! All the positive reviews are well-earned !
