Our experience was excellent this is a legitimate organization and there is no bait and switch, no photoshop of the puppies And what you see online is really the puppy you are getting. The staff is very professional and helpful and they send you home with a care package that addresses any issues or needs the puppy may have including an ample supply of food. They called us several times the first week to make sure things were going smoothly. Took our puppy to the vet and she is healthy and strong. The reservation process was thorough we had to send a picture of us with the deposit papers from Pilesgrove to ensure proper identification of who was purchasing the puppy. I would recommend Pilesgrove highly to anyone looking for a puppy.

I got my adorable Shih Tzu puppy (Teddy) from Pilsgrove almost a year ago. He was given to me as a birthday gift from my husband. The whole process of obtaining the puppy was smooth. The staff was super friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to obtain a puppy from Pilesgrove.

Our family decided to reserve a puppy. We have never had a dog before so we did not know what to expect. Pilesgrove Pups made the entire process as smooth as possible. ONE YEAR UPDATE Yesterday, August 26, 2025 was Molly‘s first birthday. We cannot express enough what an amazing dog she is. She has the most gentle loving temperament and is super smart yet feisty and playful. We had a DNA and health screen done on her shortly after we got her. Everything was perfect! Pilesgrove Pups is the best of the best! We could not be happier with our Molly girl! Our entire experience with getting our Havanese puppy Carolina, now Molly, from Pilesgrove Pups last Sunday has been nothing short of amazing! She came home with a puppy kit with all the essentials we needed to help get her settled into her new home. In the six weeks waiting to get our pup they responded quickly to my questions and request for pictures and even videos. Our puppy has only been with us a few days but has already settled in and is so happy and healthy. I highly recommend Pilesgrove Pups to anyone who is looking for a healthy, happy well cared for puppy. We couldn't be happier!
