When we decided to get a puppy, our initial online searches were overwhelming. We had no clue where to start. We knew we didn’t want to go to a “puppy mill” but how could we tell the difference with all the results we found. Well, when we found Pilesgrove Pups, we reviewed their entire website which answered most of our questions but also gave us more information that we wanted answers to. We contacted the staff, spent time on the phone and all our questions were answered. Then came the process of picking a puppy. When we finally narrowed the choice down to a couple puppies, we knew also immediately when we saw (then Odessa) now Sophie. We made the decision and the Pilesgrove team worked with us all the way through to handing our little precious to us. Even after we got home, the team was there to help us if we needed. Now Sophie is the center of our lives and we wouldn’t want it any other way. Our experience with Pilesgrove Pups was perfect! I can’t say enough about how they helped us. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Pilesgrove Pups!

When we decided that we wanted a puppy for our family, we did a lot of research and found the good, the bad and the ugly of getting a puppy. Then we came across Pilesgrove Pups and we knew we were in the right place! We went through all the information on the website and developed a list of questions. The staff took the time to go over each and every question we had. Even later when we had more questions, they were more than helpful. We took our time in deciding on a puppy and then one day, there she was, Odessa (now Sophie). We immediately fell in love with her, and Pilesgrove Pups helped us make the reservation for delivery. Due to her age, we did have to wait a few weeks and it was the longest few weeks we’ve ever experienced. The Team at Pilesgrove was always there for us. When we asked for updates and new photos and videos, they were sent to us as soon as possible. Prior to our pick, Pilesgrove provided update emails to give us more information on arrival day. Then the day came, and we picked up Sophie. Nicole explained everything to us, we left with a food care package. But that wasn’t the end, Valerie from Pilesgrove followed up with us the next day to make sure our new puppy was doing well. We had some feeding concerns and Valerie got us on the right track.
